Open Matt (open to all students)

Saturday 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Students are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to begin warm ups.

 The youth class is combined with adult class.  Youth will be allowed to leave at 7 p.m. or stay for duration of adult class if they wish.

***Coming soon!   Women's self defence class!  No martial arts requirements, just plain self defense and fun, fun, fun!  Minimum class size is 4 students, so sign up now!  Class will be held June 16 - June  30 on Saturdays at 2 p.m. for one hour.  Price will be $45 if paid in full on or before June 16  for all three classes,  or $15 each class on a pay as you go basis.  Please RSVP before June 15, 2012.
